Welcome to my homepage!
I am a postdoctoral fellow at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada since June 1, 2022. I am working in the "Systems and Computer Engineering" department with Professors Sreeraman Rajan and Bhashyam Balaji. My research fields are mathematics, machine learning, quantum machine learning and signal processing (in particular radar signal processing). My works are mainly applied to radar machine learning, for example the detection and classification of drones from radar data.
I am also a part-time research engineer at the University of Rennes 2 to maintain and develop the open source Python package for time series learning named tslearn.
I worked as a PhD student CIFRE-Défense at Thales Land and Air Systems (LAS) Limours and the Institute of Mathematics of Bordeaux from December 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022. My thesis work was supervised by Marc Arnaudon, Jérémie Bigot and Frédéric Barbaresco. During this thesis, an efficient method has been developed to classify multidimensional complex stationary centered Gaussian autoregressive time series. These time series are represented in a Riemannian manifold in which the classification is performed. Efficient machine learning algorithms have been written to apply this theory to radar clutter clustering and the classification of stereo audio stationary sounds.
